To allow the administrator to ACM Commercial
Ltd (RSM) to grant a short term licence (from 1st August to 11th
August) to ACM Guildford Ltd at nil rent and business rates payable
(to the Council) to allow the Guildford Summer Youth Projects to
still proceed with scheduled performances in that period.

Reasons for the decision

To allow scheduled theatre performances to
take place between 1st and 8th August.

Alternative options considered

The alternative option available would be the
administrator to ACM Commercial Ltd informally surrendering the
lease on the 31st July which would necessitate the cancellation of
performances of Annie Jr and Legally Blonde Jr scheduled to take
place between the 1st August and the 8th August.
