Continuation of support and maintenance for
the current UNIT4 ERP system.

Reasons for the decision

The Council has been unsuccessful in
recruiting to an in-house support and maintenance role.
Continuation of an external arrangement was therefore agreed with
the business area to ensure the operation of this critical system
whilst support options for the future are considered.

Alternative options considered

The Council had intended to recruit for
in-house resource to cover this activity. Repeated recruitment
attempts have been unsuccessful however.
