To approve the completion of the Warranty
letter to UKPN for the Electricity easement at Bellfields Waterside
Roads.
A DA for the Deed of Grant of Easements was approved by Marieke van
der Reijden, Assistant Director of Assets and Property on
06/08/2025. A copy is attached in the Appendix.
The Warranty letter to UKPN sets out the following
obligations;
GBC confirm that in relation to the title number SY612973, all
pending applications revealed in the OS2 and the Day List of the
Land Registry (enquiry time: 08 April 2025 at 16:16:01) do not
affect UKPN and any of the rights granted in the Electricity
easement.
GBC do not consider that these pending applications will cause any
issues with the registration of the Electricity easement, and UKPN
can rely on this statement.
GBC undertakes, at its cost to assist with any Land Registry
requisitions in relation to UKPN registering the Electricity
easement.
