To approve the completion of the Warranty
letter to UKPN for the TW Permanent Substation lease and easements
at Westfield Road, Slyfield.
A DA for the Deed of Grant of lease and easements was approved by
Marieke van der Reijden, Assistant Director of Assets and Property
on 7th July 2025.
The Warranty letter to UKPN sets out the following
obligations;
GBC confirm that in relation to the title number SY612973, all
pending applications revealed in the OS2 and the Day List of the
Land Registry (enquiry time: 08 April 2025 at 16:16:01) do not
affect UKPN and any of the rights granted in the TW electricity
substation Lease at Westfield Road, Surrey, GU1 1DQ.
GBC do not consider that these pending applications will cause any
issues with the registration of the TW electricity substation
Lease, and UKPN can rely on this statement.
GBC undertakes, at its cost to assist with any Land Registry
requisitions in relation to UKPN registering the TW electricity
substation Lease.
