Parks require the removal of OPM nests from
oak trees to avoid the human health hazard.

The decision was awarded as a renewal of last years contract to the
3 contractors under a call off contract. It as awarded to Forest
& Garden Timber services, Gristman Tree Surgery and Redwood
Tree Services.

Reasons for the decision

To comply with the councils duty of care with
regards to the health risk from OPM.
