& 10 Midleton Enterprise Park to Room Roof Ltd. on the
following terms:

Term: 5 Years
Rent: £28,100 p.a. + VAT (payable quarterly in advance)
Rent Free: 1 Month
Breaks: Tenant-Only Option to Break after 3 years
Reviews: None
Deposit: 4 Months rent + notional VAT

This decision is made in accordance with the Council’s
General Disposal Consent powers. This letting provides the best
consideration reasonably obtainable.
