Decision:
The Executive
noted and endorsed the recommendations from the Services Overview
and Scrutiny Committee’s consideration of s.106 developer
contributions on 21 July 2025 in respect of the response to
Recommendation 1 as set out in the report, and in respect of the
response to Recommendation 2 as set out in the Supplementary Agenda
Pack.
Reason(s):
To
seek to improve the council’s performance in respect of the
delivery of s.106 funded projects.
