To approve the grant of a new lease of Unit 21
Midleton Enterprise Park, Midleton Industrial Estate to Dwyer UK
Franchising Limited in line with the following terms and
conditions:
The rent will be £21,525 pa payable quarterly in
advance
The agreed term is 5 years with a tenant only break on the 3rd
Anniversary, subject to 6 months prior notice.
£6,457.50 is to be collected as security deposit.
