Entering into a licence with Nine Lives Media
Limited in relation to film production.

Reasons for the decision

To permit Nine Lives Media Limited to use a
short clip of video film owned by the Council.

Alternative options considered

Not entering into the licence, but in not
doing so the Council could lose control over use of the video clip
supplied.
