To approve the contracted out lease of garden
land ancillary to the use of the Tenant’s property
Queensleigh, Salmons Road, Effingham, Surrey KT24 5QJ in line with
the following terms and conditions:
For grant of a new tenancy the rent will be £1,150 per
annum.
The agreed term is 2 years with a mutual break option giving three
months’ notice at any time.
The rent will be a one off payment in advance.
