Decision:
To note the contents of the report submitted to the
Committee, and that North Downs Housing Limited remains
financially healthy as of 2023-24, with steps being presently being
taken to address outstanding financial liabilities separately to
the report.
 
Reasons:

·     
NDH's financial performance has improved
significantly in the year ending 31 March 2024, evidenced by
increased reserves, net assets, and profitability.

·     
The Authority continues to maintain an oversight of
the company with no impairment to the company’s value during
the financial year 2023-24.
