As the current contract has expired, a
nine-month waiver has been implemented to allow time for a tender
process to be conducted. A compliant contract is expected to be in
place by 1 September 2026.

Reasons for the decision

To maintain the provision of contract cleaning
services for general needs, sheltered, and supported communal areas
while the tender process is undertaken.
