Decision:
To approve the award of the
Kitchen and Bathrooms Upgrade Works contract to Hugh LS McConnell
for a period of 12 (twelve) months at a total contract value of
£2,664,327.00 [A1] [A2] (two million six hundred and sixty-four thousand,
three hundred and twenty-seven pounds).
 
Reason(s):
The Kitchen and Bathroom
Upgrade Works contract is required to enable Guildford Borough
Council to carry out a programme of remedial actions.
