To approve the grant of an Easement of access
rights across Tannery Lane, Gosden Common, Bramley in favor of
Surrey County Council owned residential properties Nos
4,5,7,8,9,10, 11 Tannery Lane, Gosden Common, Bramley GU5 OAD and
the Depot site Tannery Lane (SCC grounds maintenance depot) Gosden
House, Horsham Road, Bramley GU1 OAJ in line with the following
terms and conditions:
For residential properties No 4,5,7,8,9,10

Reasons for the decision

GBC has no legal grounds to reject the
easement request.
