Decision:
1.
That the Executive Shareholder and Trustee Committee
notes the draft accounts for the Company’s financial year
ending 31 March 2025. Once the accounts
have been finalised they will the directors will resolve to sign
them. The final accounts will then have to follow at a subsequent
ESTC meeting.
2.
That the Executive Shareholder and Trustee Committee
notes the steps taken to wind-up the company as per the earlier
resolution of this Committee.
Reason(s):
1.
To enable the Council to fulfil its duties in
respect of the shareholder function competently, robustly and
transparently.
2.
To enable the Council to fulfil its duties in
respect of best value and continuous improvement in respect of
its interests in GBCH, and to keep under review the objectives,
strategies and plans, and performance of each
company.
3.
To fulfil the Council’s corporate governance
duties in respect of GBCH.
