Decision

1.                    
Receive the Management Accounts of Guildford
Sportsground Management Company Ltd (11914517) for the financial
year 2025/26 and reviews the performance of the Management Company
against these; and

2.                    
To feedback any comments from Committee, via the
Authorising Officer, any comments for the Management Company Board
to consider.
 
Reason(s)
In accordance with the Members
Agreement, the Management Company must present the financial
performance of the Management Company for review during the
financial year.  This provides the
Council with the ability to comment on and review the financial
performance and providing good governance of its interest in the
Management Company.

Details of any conflict of
interest declared by the Leader or lead councillors and any
dispensation granted:
Councillor Richard Lucas was a
director of the Guildford Sportsground Management Committee and
withdrew from the meeting during consideration of this item of
business.
