To award a contract to amend the signage
across the borough council's public car parks, to facilitate the
introduction of new ticketless, pay and display and ticketless,
automatic number plate recognition, barrier pay of foot payment
equipment.

Reasons for the decision

The current signage will not be consistent
with the services / payment methods available for customer to use
within the car parks. Therefore, there is a need to amend the
signage to better inform our customers and improve the customers'
experience.
