To approve the grant of the occupational
licence of Stocton Road, Car Park to TWM Trust Corporation Limited
c/o TWM Solicitors LLP in line with the following terms and
conditions:
The fee will be £30,000pa exclusive of VAT. The fee will be
payable monthly in advance.
The agreed licence period is 6 months rolling, which can be
terminated by either party upon 6 months written notice. The
licence permits parking between the hours of 07.45am – 6:15pm
Monday to Friday inclusive and from 07:45am until 12 noon every
Saturday.
