Decision:
That in accordance with
Regulation 4 (2) (b) of The Local Authorities (Executive
Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England)
Regulations 2012, the Executive resolved:
 
To exclude the public from the
meeting during consideration of item 10 of this agenda on the
grounds that it was likely, in view of the nature of the business
to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings, that if members
of the public were present during the item, there would be
disclosure to them of exempt information (as defined by Section
100I of the Act) of the description specified in Paragraphs 1, 3
and 4 of the revised Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government
Act 1972.

To facilitate the determination
of agenda item 10.
