Councillors Julia McShane and
Carla Morson declared non-registrable interests as close relatives
were clients of the Careline service. To enable participation in
the debate and to vote, the Monitoring Officer had granted a
dispensation to both councillors.
 
Councillor Fiona White declared
a non-registerable interest as she was herself a client of the
Careline service. As Councillor White had attended the meeting
remotely, she absented herself from the meeting before the item was
considered.
