Content

Decision:
1.    
To approve the updated Compliance and Housing
Policies as set out in appendices 1-11 of the report
submitted to the Executive. 
  
2.    
To authorise the Joint Assistant Director of
Housing, in consultation with the Lead Councillor for
Housing, to make minor amendments to the policies
when necessary to ensure ongoing compliance
with legislation and regulatory standards. 
 
Reason:
As part of the Housing
Improvement Programme, Housing Services has developed and updated a
number of core operational policies to ensure alignment with good
practice, statutory and regulatory requirements and the Regulator
of Social Housing’s Consumer Standards.
