To approve the grant of the lease of Unit 8
Enterprise Estate, Station Road West to EPH (2017) Ltd, in line
with the following terms and conditions:
For grant of a new lease the rent will be £9,000 per annum
plus VAT and exclusive of service charge and business rates.
The agreed term is 3 year with a landlord only break option giving
six months’ notice at any time after six months.
The rent will be payable monthly in advance.
In order to protect the Council’s interests, the proposal is
to grant a tenancy at will to cover the period following expiry
whilst the terms of a new lease of the above premises are
negotiated.
