Energy Angels is a no cost energy management
company that provide support with meter management and energy
connection. This service will help us to deliver a more streamlined
process and enable faster resolution of meter readings (tenant
debt), meter switches and reconnections. It will also help us to
provide an improved service to residents when they move into their
new home with Energy Angels providing support for all new tenants
if required.

Reasons for the decision

To deliver a streamlined and seamless void
property energy management process reducing rent loss and length of
time a property remains empty. To increase tenant satisfaction when
moving into a new home.

Alternative options considered

AJR are our current energy management
supplier, however, they do not offer the full services that Energy
Angel cover. For example, they do not provide debt management on
existing meters which creates delays for contractors carrying out
void repairs. They also do not have an online portal to manage
individual properties.
