The Council has received a request to grant
Openreach permission to install a block terminal with associated
wiring and cables from a 4th floor riser along a corridor into a
comms room at Friary Court.
The Wayleave will be tripartite between Openreach, the head lessee
of the property, L&G and the Council as Freeholder.
These are minor works and no premium is payable however the
Council's legal and Surveying costs are being paid in full.
