The Council’s tenant of the above
property has requested that they be given licence to allow the
subletting of the 3rd Floor of the above property to The Links
Lounge Ltd.
The proposed sublease is for 10 years outside of the security of
tenure provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. It is a full
repairing and insuring lease at an open market rent.
The property is used by the tenant for leisure purposes (Ninja
Warrior) and the proposed use by the Links Lounge as golf
simulators fits well with this.

In accordance with good estate management
practice.
