The transfer of 212 Bushy Hill Drive, an
ex-Council house contains a pedestrian right of access over a
shared footpath with 210 Bushy Hill Drive which is Council owned.
The transfer also reserves a pedestrian right of access for the
tenants of 210 over the shared footpath with 212.
The owner of 212 Bushy Hill Drive requires a separate access to
their property and has constructed a separate footpath on land
forming 210 Bushy Hill to allow the tenant to continue to access
their property.
The variation surrenders the owners right of access over the
Council’s property, 210 Bushy Hill Drive and the
Council’s right of access over the owner’s property,
212 Bushy Hill Drive.
The owner will also be paying the Council’s legal and
surveyor costs.
