The Council’s tenant of the above
property has requested that they be given licence to allow the
proposed sub-tenant, The Links Lounge to carry out the following
alterations at the above property.
1)Addition external signage for The Links Lounge
2)The installation of a kitchen and bar area in the 3rd
floor.
3)The installation of a suspended ceiling, new lighting,
aircon.
4)Installation of stud partitions to create the simulator
booths.
5)New doors, skirting and wood flooring.
6)Electrical works, IT cabling, audio visual, fire alarm/ smoke
detection,
The Council cannot unreasonably withhold or delay consent for such
alterations
