To allow legal services to review and sign the
user agreement for the ProcurePublic Kitchens and Bathrooms 2025
framework to allow the procurement service to review options to
award a contract for GBC/WBC Kitchens and Bathrooms
requirements

Reasons for the decision

A procurement exercise has been conducted and
it has been established that this framework would be a possible
procurement route to award this contract.

Alternative options considered

Procurement have considered a number of
options including existing contract provision and conducting a
procurement exercise but this framework requires further
investigation to proceed.
