completed the evaluation. It is recommended that the contract be
awarded to Redber Coffee, which received the highest score. The
evaluation was based on 90% quality and 10% price.

Reasons for the decision

Contract awarded to Redber Coffee following
tender to three suppliers on pre-set specification. The purchase of
the coffee machine is required to enable to community cafe to
provide hot drinks as part of its service offer, and enhancing the
experience for community users.
