Reasons for the decision

We have chosen to provide leadership support
for people managers across Guildford Borough Council to set them up
for success in leading their teams through change ahead of LGR.
Three suppliers were considered and elev-8 was selected based on
their experience and understanding of the leadership culture we
wish to create.

Alternative options considered

Noble Coaching and Ivy House were approached
to submit proposals for this work. Ivy House chose not to bid based
on our budget and Noble Coaching were selected to support our
internal coaches and mentors, alongside the leadership programme we
wish to run.
