DETAILS OF DECISION:
The Council are currently in negotiations with a pre-school
operator to take a lease over Stoughton Community Centre.
In order to protect the Council’s interests, the proposal is
to grant a tenancy at will to cover the period whilst the terms of
a new lease of the above premises are negotiated. Under this
tenancy at will the tenant will be paying a market rent of
£19,500 pa.
