Decision

To enter in to a mini S278 agreement with Surrey County Council for the creation of a Non Motorised User (NMU) route, with extension of the footway on the south side of Mangles Road along the side of corner cottage and including the retention of vehicular access to the "driveway" at The Cottage. Provision of adjusted parking to suit the new kerbline and resurfacing of the parking area.

Cost including contingency, total £25,000.

Reasons for the decision

To allow the S278 to be signed and enable the Mangles Road NMU works to progress, as part of the Weyside Urban Village programme.
