Reasons for the decision

LSH were granted a 12 month contract to Market the vacant units (2&4) within The Billings in February 2025. The contract allows for a 12 month extension. We are renewing as they current have prospective tenants. Procurement have confirmed that they are content with this given that it is a relatively low-value contract.

The decision meets the policy requirements for the Council and there were no sensible alternative options available
