Decision:

1. Note the comments of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee meeting on the 16 June 2026 as set out in the Supplementary Agenda Pack; and
2. Note the Performance Monitoring report for quarter 4 2025/26 as set out in Appendix 1 to the report.

Reason(s):

To support our corporate performance monitoring framework and enable the Overview and Scrutiny Committee to monitor the Council’s performance and raise any areas of concern to the Executive.
