Decision

The renewal of the contracted-out lease of Unit 2 Lower Ground Floor, The Billings to Peter Anderton and Lee Anderton T/A Andertons Music was approved on 1st April 2026.
The legal team are instructed but have confirmed that they are unable to complete the new lease prior to the expiry of the existing lease on 1st May 2026.
A Tenancy at Will is therefore required to enable the tenant to remain in occupation until the new lease can be completed.
