To agree to increase the rent at rent review with effect from 06/08/2025.

Decision:

To approve an increase in the rent over 21-23 Moorfield Road, Slyfield Industrial Estate, Guildford from £60,000 per annum to £63,800 per annum with effect from the 6 August 2025 rent review date.

Reason(s):

1. The proposed settlement represents best consideration.
2. The proposed annual rent secures an excellent increase in the annual rental income stream for the Council.
