Decision

To close the High Street, Guildford (Part) from junction with Quarry Street to junction with North Street/Chertsey Street, to all vehicular traffic from 10:00am until 9:00pm on Sunday 6 September 2026 to accommodate Opera Under the Guildhall Balcony.

Access for official vehicles, emergency vehicles, permitted vehicles and pedestrian access will be maintained at all times during the closure.
