Decision

To approve the grant of the lease of Unit 9 Enterprise Estate, Station Road West to R H Faulkner & Daughter, in line with the following terms and conditions:
For grant of a new lease the rent will be £8,500 per annum (current rent £8,000 pa) plus VAT and exclusive of service charge and business rates.
The agreed term is 3 years with a mutual break option giving six months’ notice at any time after six months.
The rent will be payable monthly in advance.
