To approve the grant of a new contracted-out lease of Stoke Park Kiosk to First Come First Served in line with the following terms and conditions:
For the grant of a new lease the rent will be £14,000 per annum, exclusive of business rates.
The rent will be payable quarterly in advance.
The agreed term is 3 years.
