Decision

To approve the grant of the lease of Unit 6 Foundation Units, Westfield Road, Slyfield, GU1 1SF to Adsign Advertising Limited in line with the following terms and conditions:
For grant of a new lease the rent will be £9,100 per annum (from £8,600 pa) plus VAT and exclusive of service charge and business rates.
The agreed term is 3 year with a landlord only break option giving six months’ notice at any time after six months.
The rent will be payable monthly in advance.
