Decision

To approve the grant of the lease of Unit 26 Enterprise Estate, Moorfield Road to Guildford Sound and Light Ltd in line with the following terms and conditions:
For the grant of a new lease the rent will be £8,500 per annum (from £8,000 pa) plus VAT and exclusive of service charge and business rates.
The agreed term is 3 years with a landlord only break option giving six months’ notice at any time after six months.
The rent will be payable monthly in advance.
