To approve the grant of a lease of the Shop Mobility office, (plus associated car parking), 3rd floor, Bedford Road Car Park, Guildford GU1 4SJ in line with the following terms and conditions:
1.Peppercorn rent
2.Agreement to start ASAP and to terminate on 31st March 2027
3.The tenant is Elevate Guildford Ltd (Experience Guildford)
The tenant has a grant from the Council amounting to £44,874 for the financial year 2026/2027 to run the service.
