To approve the grant a lease renewal of Land known as C21 Salmons Road Effingham KT24 5QH to Colin Birch and Hannah Birch in line with the following terms and conditions:
1.5-year lease
2.£300.00 per annum
3.2-month landlord break option/3-month tenant break option
4.Same terms as previous lease
The plot will continue to be used for farm use.

Reasons for the decision

The site will continue to be used for farm use, but the lease can be terminated at 2 months’ notice if the Council has a higher economic use for land.
