Decision

I have been asked to make the necessary legal arrangements for the closure of High Street, Ripley (Between the Ripley Village Hall and the entrance to the Village Green) from 7:10pm till 7:40pm and to make Newark Lane, Ripley one-way only, leading into Ripley Village easterly direction between junction with Polesden Lane and entrance to car park at Homewood Farm – approximately 100 metres – between 8:15pm and 9:30pm, on 31 October 2026 to accommodate Ripley Bonfire.
Access for official vehicles, emergency vehicles, permitted vehicles and pedestrian access will be maintained at all times during the closure.

Reasons for the decision

To accommodate Ripley Bonfire.
