Decision:

To review the performance of the Guildford Sportsground Management Company Ltd. and received the Management Accounts of the Management Company for the financial year 2025-26.

Reason(s):

In accordance with the Members Agreement, the Management Company must present the financial performance of the Management Company for review during the financial year.  This provides the Council with the ability to comment on and review the financial performance and providing good governance of its interest in the Management Company.
