Decision

The Council has received a request from UK Power Network, to grant permission to install a new power cable to the Horsley Medical Practice.
The work will take place entirely within the demise of Horsley Medical practice who hold a 150 year lease dated 15/03/2019 in the names of Philip John Michael Marazzi; Caroline Jane Deane & Rishi Shubas Barai at a Peppercorn rent.
UK Power networks have provided a Form of Consent which is recommended for signature due to the nature and location of the works and their negligible impact for the Council. No consideration is deemed appropriate in this case.

In line with good Estate Management practice.
