Decision

To approve the reviewed rent of the above property leased to The Trustees of the Castle Green Bowling Club.
In accordance with Schedule 4 of the lease, the annual passing rent of £2,865.00 has been reviewed as of 25th April 2026 and it is proposed to increase it to £2,952 per annum.
Under the terms of the lease the rent has been reviewed by the Retail Price Index, so no external consultants were required to value the property.
A memorandum will be endorsed on the lease recording this review.
This rent review falls within the General Consent contained within the Section 24 Direction and therefore no specific West Surrey consent is required.
