To approve the grant of a new contracted-out
lease of grazing land and barns at Clay Lane Field to Robert and
Susanna Wilmhurst-Clark in line with the following terms and
conditions:

For grant of a new lease the rent will be £1,400 per
annum.

The rent will be payable monthly in advance.

The agreed term is 2 years.
