Sought legal and procurement advice and agreed
to secure a contractor to install 385 windows and 32 doors to
properties in Fir Tree Road and Rapley Field Flats.

The windows and doors were designed, manufactured, and historically
paid to a value of £120,000.

Direct award to the value of 68,000 to Sovereign Windows for
installation.
