Sought legal and procurement advice and agreed
to issue a deed of variation to RGE Electrical.

GBC do not have a contractor in place to deliver electrical
periodic inspections which is a statutory obligation.

This is a 12-month award to the value of £108,000 as a
precursor to an open tender contract.

Legal will produce a deed of variation to accommodate the
additional requirement.
